Utilizing its internal shunt resistor network, the module is rated for a continuous power output of 3.9 kW, with a transient peak power capacity of 5.6 kW.

The module is equipped with a dedicated dual-channel safety header at the bottom. When external interlocking switches, emergency stop buttons, or safety contacts of a safety PLC open, this safety circuitry directly interrupts the power supply to the inverter IGBT gate drive pulses at the hardware level. Without disconnecting the primary high-voltage DC bus of the main circuit, it achieves hardwired de-energization of the motor electromagnetic torque output, effectively preventing any unintended startup of field machinery.

The product as a whole features an open-style physical structure, and the enclosure itself provides no autonomous protection against dust or liquid splashes. In practical industrial production line configurations, it must be vertically mounted strictly within a compliant industrial-grade sealed control cabinet meeting IP54 or NEMA 12 standards or higher, and the regulated ambient operating temperature inside the cabinet must be tightly maintained within the nominal range of 0 to +60 °C.
