Is Apter Power an authorised manufacturer distributor?
Apter Power is an independent supplier, not an authorised distributor or representative of the manufacturers shown on this website. Brand names identify the products offered. Manufacturer warranty or technical support applies only when expressly confirmed for your order.
What should I include in an RFQ or a multiple-part enquiry?
Start with the manufacturer, complete part number, quantity, delivery destination and required arrival date. Add a readable label photo if the reference is incomplete, and mention any mandatory revision or packaging requirement. For several items, attach a parts list. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information. Send an RFQ (mailto:sales13@apterpower.com?subject=Parts%20RFQ)
What information can I request for supplier approval?
Ask for the company identity and service information needed for your initial supplier check. If your review includes certification, specify the certificate holder, scope and validity details you need to verify. Send formal onboarding questionnaires and approval deadlines to your account contact.
How can I contact Apter Power about a part or an order?
Email sales13@apterpower.com or use the contact details shown on this website. Include the complete part number and quantity for an enquiry, or the quotation or order reference for an update. Replying to the existing conversation keeps the relevant history together. Email our team (mailto:sales13@apterpower.com)
We supply new, unused components; we do not offer used or refurbished products. Condition, availability and lifecycle are separate: new/unused describes the unit; confirmed stock describes availability; current/discontinued describes the range. The quotation should identify condition, packaging and storage details. Specify original packaging, date-code or seal requirements in your enquiry. Ask about photos of the offered unit: http://47.254.3.106/faqs/products-and-services/
Does a product listing mean the part is in stock?
A listing does not reserve stock or confirm current availability. Send the complete reference and quantity for a current stock and lead-time check. Use the written quotation to review the unit offered before making a delivery commitment to your team or customer. Check part availability (mailto:sales13@apterpower.com?subject=Part%20availability%20request)
What inspection or test records can I request?
The available checks depend on the product, equipment and agreed scope. Specify the evidence needed before ordering, and confirm whether the record identifies the offered unit. Visual inspection, a power-on check and a functional test provide different levels of evidence.
Can I see photos of the actual unit before ordering?
You can request photos of the unit being offered, including its label, revision, connectors and packaging. Specify the views needed for approval. Website pictures are reference images and do not identify the unit allocated to your order. Request unit photos (mailto:sales13@apterpower.com?subject=Actual%20unit%20photo%20request)
Available stock generally targets dispatch within 1–3 business days after acceptance, cleared payment and required checks. The order-specific estimate takes priority. Dispatch means the goods leave the shipping point; arrival also depends on carrier transit and customs. Give your latest arrival deadline when enquiring. See shipment tracking guidance (http://47.254.3.106/faqs/orders-and-shipping/)
How do I place an order after receiving a quotation?
Send a purchase order or written acceptance after reviewing the part numbers, quantities, condition, price and delivery terms. Include the correct billing and delivery details. The team will confirm acceptance and remaining payment or documentation steps before dispatch is arranged.
Do you ship internationally, and how is freight quoted?
Yes. We arrange worldwide shipping subject to destination and carrier availability. Send the country, postcode, full address and required arrival date so the freight and service can be quoted. Include site access restrictions or receiving hours that could affect delivery.
What information is needed for customs and international delivery?
Provide the consignee name, full address, receiving contact and required importer details. State any document requirements before shipment. Your quotation and delivery terms determine responsibility for clearance, duties and taxes; confirm these with your receiving team.
Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?
Our standard method is bank wire transfer (T/T). USD is the default; CNY (RMB), EUR, GBP or HKD may be used when stated on the official quotation or invoice. Pay only to the verified account and in the currency shown on that document. Check payment timing (http://47.254.3.106/faqs/payment-and-billing/)
Do you accept credit cards or offer payment after delivery?
Credit cards and trade credit are not available. Standard orders require full cleared payment before dispatch. Any different approved payment arrangement must appear in writing on the order documents. Review payment details (http://47.254.3.106/faqs/payment-and-billing/)
Can I receive a pro forma invoice before payment?
Yes. Send the accepted quotation reference, legal company name, billing and delivery addresses, and any purchase order or tax reference. Review the items, quantities, currency, total and payment instructions on the pro forma invoice before paying.
Are freight, taxes and import charges included?
Only charges expressly listed in the quotation are included. Review freight, insurance, duties, taxes and any destination charges against the agreed delivery terms before accepting. Allow for bank or currency-conversion charges so the invoiced amount can be received in full.
Eligible products have an Apter Power 12-month return-to-base warranty from dispatch, unless the order states otherwise. It covers verified faults during normal use. Exclusions include incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised repair and electrical or environmental damage. Manufacturer warranty is included only if confirmed in writing. See the warranty claim process (http://47.254.3.106/faqs/returns-refunds-and-warranty/)
How do I request a return or warranty review?
Contact us with the order number, part and serial numbers, reason for return, and supporting photos or fault details. Keep the item, packaging and accessories. Ship it back only after written approval and a return material authorisation (RMA) number, following the address and packing instructions provided. Start a return or warranty request (mailto:sales13@apterpower.com?subject=Return%20or%20warranty%20request)
Can I return an unused part that is no longer needed?
A non-faulty return is reviewed separately from a warranty claim and is not automatically accepted. Submit the request within 14 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused and complete; return freight and a restocking charge of up to 20% may apply. Review remedies and refund timing (http://47.254.3.106/faqs/returns-refunds-and-warranty/)
How are remedies and approved refunds handled?
A returned item is assessed before a remedy is approved. Depending on the case, this may be repair, replacement or refund. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after inspection; bank processing can take longer. Check return freight and charges (http://47.254.3.106/faqs/returns-refunds-and-warranty/)
Can you identify a part from photographs or a nameplate?
Clear photographs help us review the reference and possible matches. Send the complete label, front and rear views, connectors and the installed system details. Include the full order code and revision where readable; your engineering team should approve the final selection. Send nameplate photos (mailto:sales13@apterpower.com?subject=Part%20identification%20request)
Can I use a different revision or part-number suffix?
A different suffix or revision may change compatibility. Compare the complete order code, hardware revision, firmware and installed system against the manufacturer documentation. Send the installed unit details and required version; your engineer should approve any proposed alternative before ordering.
What should I send for an urgent breakdown enquiry?
Send the complete part number, quantity, delivery postcode and latest acceptable arrival date and time. Include nameplate photos and any mandatory revision. State that the equipment is down so the team can review availability and transport options against your deadline.
What should I provide if a replacement does not work after installation?
Record the order reference, part and serial numbers, system version, fault messages and when the issue occurs. Add relevant photos and diagnostic results. Have qualified personnel follow the manufacturer and site isolation procedures; send the evidence to the existing order contact for review. Start a technical support request (mailto:sales13@apterpower.com?subject=Installed%20replacement%20support)
Send your vendor questionnaire and required-document checklist before placing the order. Identify the purchasing legal entity, approval deadline and any signature, format or validity requirements. Ask your account contact to confirm which records can be supplied, and track outstanding items separately from the commercial quotation.
How do I prepare a multi-brand RFQ?
Use one line per part with a line number, manufacturer, full order code and quantity. Mark mandatory revisions, approved alternatives and priority items; give the ship-to destination and latest arrival date. State whether partial shipments are acceptable so each line can be quoted and approved separately. Keep technical approval with your engineering team. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information. Send an RFQ (sales13@apterpower.com)
What should I confirm before approving a quotation?
Review the complete reference, quantity, new and unused condition, supply scope, price, quotation validity and delivery terms. Confirm current availability and any stock hold in writing. Keep the dispatch estimate separate from transit and customs time; an expired quotation needs to be checked again.
How do purchasing and engineering approve the same item?
Nominate a main contact and include the people responsible for technical approval, purchasing and delivery. Separate mandatory technical requirements from preferences. Record who can approve a proposed revision or alternative, then confirm the commercial and delivery terms against the same part reference.
Can you source an obsolete or unlisted part for my customer?
For a resale enquiry, send the manufacturer's complete reference, quantity, destination and your customer's required revision or approval criteria. Include label photos for older equipment. Request written availability and lead-time confirmation before committing to your customer. An unlisted or legacy reference does not establish current manufacture or manufacturer support.
Can I request pricing for quantities, projects or repeat demand?
Yes. Send the exact references, quantities, delivery schedule and project or stock requirement for a quotation. Identify any repeat-order forecast and packaging needs. Pricing and availability are reviewed for the request; a distributor enquiry does not automatically create a discount or credit arrangement. Discuss distributor requirements (sales13@apterpower.com)
What should I confirm before quoting availability to my customer?
A website listing does not confirm stock or reserve a unit. Send the complete reference, quantity and customer deadline for a current offer. Check its validity, product condition and dispatch conditions before making your own commitment. A stock hold applies only when agreed in writing.
Can you deliver to my customer with neutral packing?
Include the customer delivery address and exact packaging or documentation request with your RFQ. Our team must confirm whether the arrangement is possible for that product and destination before order acceptance. Agree the consignee, shipping documents and contact responsibilities in writing.
Send the complete part reference, quantity and required arrival date. Our team can review the available options and clarify the details you need before placing an order.
