We supply new, unused components; we do not offer used or refurbished products. Condition, availability and lifecycle are separate: new/unused describes the unit; confirmed stock describes availability; current/discontinued describes the range. The quotation should identify condition, packaging and storage details. Specify original packaging, date-code or seal requirements in your enquiry. Ask about photos of the offered unit: http://47.254.3.106/faqs/products-and-services/
Does a product listing mean the part is in stock?
A listing does not reserve stock or confirm current availability. Send the complete reference and quantity for a current stock and lead-time check. Use the written quotation to review the unit offered before making a delivery commitment to your team or customer. Check part availability (mailto:sales13@apterpower.com?subject=Part%20availability%20request)
What inspection or test records can I request?
The available checks depend on the product, equipment and agreed scope. Specify the evidence needed before ordering, and confirm whether the record identifies the offered unit. Visual inspection, a power-on check and a functional test provide different levels of evidence.
Can I see photos of the actual unit before ordering?
You can request photos of the unit being offered, including its label, revision, connectors and packaging. Specify the views needed for approval. Website pictures are reference images and do not identify the unit allocated to your order. Request unit photos (mailto:sales13@apterpower.com?subject=Actual%20unit%20photo%20request)
Can you quote an unlisted, obsolete or discontinued part?
Yes. Send the manufacturer, complete reference, quantity and delivery destination, even if the item is absent from the website. Include a label photo and required revision for older equipment. Availability needs a current check; a legacy listing does not mean the manufacturer still produces or supports the part.
Can distributors request quantity or project pricing?
Yes. Send the exact references, quantities, delivery schedule and project or stock requirement for a quotation. Identify any repeat-order forecast and packaging needs. Pricing and availability are reviewed for the request; a distributor enquiry does not automatically create a discount or credit arrangement. Discuss distributor requirements (mailto:sales13@apterpower.com?subject=Distributor%20RFQ)
Are cables, connectors, software and accessories included?
Only items listed in the written supply scope are included. Add every required cable, terminal block, licence or mounting component to your enquiry. Product photos and manufacturer illustrations may show accessories outside the quoted scope.
Can I specify a date code, serial number or packaging requirement?
Yes. List each mandatory requirement when requesting a quotation. The offered unit must be checked against it using available photos or records before acceptance. A catalogue entry alone cannot establish a particular date code, serial number or packaging condition.
