Payment and billing

  • Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?
Our standard method is bank wire transfer (T/T). USD is the default; CNY (RMB), EUR, GBP or HKD may be used when stated on the official quotation or invoice. Pay only to the verified account and in the currency shown on that document. Check payment timing (http://47.254.3.106/faqs/payment-and-billing/)
  • Do you accept credit cards or offer payment after delivery?
Credit cards and trade credit are not available. Standard orders require full cleared payment before dispatch. Any different approved payment arrangement must appear in writing on the order documents. Review payment details (http://47.254.3.106/faqs/payment-and-billing/)
  • Can I receive a pro forma invoice before payment?
Yes. Send the accepted quotation reference, legal company name, billing and delivery addresses, and any purchase order or tax reference. Review the items, quantities, currency, total and payment instructions on the pro forma invoice before paying.
  • Are freight, taxes and import charges included?
Only charges expressly listed in the quotation are included. Review freight, insurance, duties, taxes and any destination charges against the agreed delivery terms before accepting. Allow for bank or currency-conversion charges so the invoiced amount can be received in full.
  • Why do I need a quotation, how long is it valid and is stock reserved?
Price depends on the exact reference, quantity and supply scope. Your quotation states its validity period and conditions. Reconfirm expired offers because price, availability and lead time may change. Stock is reserved only when agreed in writing.
  • What reference should I use when sending payment?
Use the invoice or payment reference in the official instructions. Send the remittance details to your existing contact and identify the payer if it differs from the purchaser. The transfer receipt helps match the payment; dispatch depends on confirmation that the funds have cleared.
  • How do I correct company or invoice details?
Send the quotation or invoice number and the exact details that need replacing, with supporting company or tax information where relevant. Use the corrected document for payment once the team has confirmed the revision.
  • What should I do if bank details appear to have changed?
Pause the payment and verify the change through an established contact or the telephone number published on the website. Use contact details obtained independently of the message announcing the change. Have the invoice and payment instructions reconfirmed before transferring funds.
