MACHINERY MONITORING SPARES
Start with the installed monitoring channel
From 3500 rack modules to 3300 system spares and proximity components, the details matter. Check the full part reference, configuration and required records against your installed equipment before placing an order.
Start with the manufacturer and full part number. Use the checks below to prepare the equipment details, supplier documents and delivery requirements for your enquiry.
COMPANY DOCUMENTS
Prepare for supplier approval
Tell us which company documents your purchasing team needs. Include your approval checklist and any required format so we can confirm what is available for review.
Check the full part number and hardware revision against your equipment. Include related components where relevant, and have your engineer review the proposed replacement.
Provide the destination, required arrival date and any receiving restrictions. Review the proposed dispatch date, shipping method and packing requirements against your schedule.
Check whether the quotation covers the complete unit or an individual component. List any accessories, connectors or cables you need separately.
COMMON PARTS QUESTIONS
Answers before you order
Review the questions below for guidance on product identification, condition, warranty and delivery. Contact our team for details specific to your equipment or order.
Send the complete part number, all suffixes, quantity and required delivery date. Identify whether you need a rack module, rear I/O module, probe, cable or Proximitor Sensor. A clear label photo and the installed system series help keep the quotation focused on the exact item.
02
Can a 3500 module be replaced by a similar model?
A similar name does not confirm a suitable replacement. Check the measurement function, rear I/O arrangement and installed configuration. For the 3500/22M TDI main module and rear I/O module are distinct components; confirm which components are included in the quotation. Your site engineer should approve any changed reference against the applicable Bently Nevada documentation.
03
How do I match a 3300 XL probe, cable and Proximitor Sensor?
Check the exact transducer family and every component reference. For a 3300 XL 8 mm system, the probe lead plus extension cable must match the specified Proximitor system length. Also check the probe mounting, connectors and approval options; matching plugs alone does not establish compatibility.
04
What if the sensor will be used in a hazardous area?
Specify the site classification and required approval when requesting the part. Check the relevant certificates and exact option codes for the probe, cable and associated sensor. A general Bently Nevada product name is not evidence that the supplied variant meets the site requirement.
05
Are the Bently Nevada parts supplied new and unused?
Yes. Apter Power supplies new, unused products only. Ask for the offered item’s label and packaging details before ordering. For older system references, confirm any available date-code information separately: new and unused describes the item’s condition, not necessarily a recent manufacturing date.
06
Can I request photos, certificates or test records?
List the evidence your team requires with the enquiry, such as item-specific label photos, packaging details or a particular test or calibration record. We will confirm what is available for the offered item. Agree the documentation and warranty terms in the quotation before placing the order.
07
Can you help with an older 3300 or 3500 reference?
Send the original reference even if it is not shown in the online list. Availability must be checked for that exact item. If an alternative is proposed, compare its function and installation requirements before approval; replacing a spare and upgrading a monitoring system are different decisions.
08
How should I plan delivery for a shutdown or urgent replacement?
State the date the Bently Nevada part must arrive, along with the destination and quantity. Ask for the available quantity, dispatch estimate and transit assumptions to be confirmed in the quotation. Allow time for your receiving and engineering checks before the planned installation.
Include the manufacturer, part number and quantity for each item, plus your delivery destination and required date. Add label photos or equipment details if a reference is unclear.
