The EX-200 Series tracks target displacement with a resolution of 0.04% F.S. (2 µm with the EX-416 sensor head). The dual analogue outputs (voltage and current) enable direct connection to external monitoring equipment. In terms of data output and downstream system architecture, the EX-200 Series tracks target displacement with a fine resolution of 0.04% of Full Scale (which equates to exactly 2 µm when operating with the EX-416 sensor head).

To ensure seamless integration with other automated hardware on the factory floor, the system is configured with dedicated dual analogue outputs, supplying both voltage and current loops simultaneously. This setup allows the micron-level physical runout data captured by the forward probe to be routed directly and instantaneously into external chart recorders, PLC data acquisition cards, or central display panels, maintaining an uninterrupted stream of positional data for total closed-loop automation control across the assembly line.
