The 3500/93 135785-01 is a non-backlit System Display Unit for the 3500 Machinery Protection System. It provides local or remote visual access to rack information, including system and alarm event lists, current channel values, monitor data, relay status, and Keyphasor or tachometer information. The display presents system data in graphical and text formats through a reflective 640 × 200-dot LCD.
Complete System Visibility – Displays rack status, channel values, alarm conditions, event lists, relay information, and other 3500 system data
Flexible Mounting Options – Supports system face mounting, 19-inch EIA rack mounting, panel mounting, and independent wall or panel mounting
Clear Status Indication – Provides dedicated LEDs for rack OK, Alert, Danger, new alarms, channel status, and display operating condition
The 3500/93 System Display supports the monitoring requirements of the Bently Nevada 3500 Machinery Protection System and was developed to meet the requirements of API Standard 670. It communicates with the corresponding Display Interface Module through an RS-422 interface and can display data collected over the rack’s high-speed internal network.
The 135785-01 is specifically the non-backlit display version, which uses ambient light for screen visibility, a separate 135785-02 version provides a backlit display. Depending on the mounting arrangement, the display can be installed directly on the rack or positioned remotely, with standard cable distances up to 100 ft and extended distances up to 4,000 ft when an external power supply and cable adapter are used. Up to two displays may be connected to one 3500 rack, with each display requiring its own Display Interface Module and one rack slot.
