Digital filtering: Equipped with a built-in low-pass filter, it can effectively filter out 50/60Hz power frequency interference in industrial sites. Electrical isolation: Provide 500V AC field end and backplane isolation to protect PLC CPU from surge impact.
Diagnostic LED: The panel is equipped with 5 green indicator lights to display the module's operating status and channel group errors (such as exceeding limits or configuration errors).
Detachable terminal block: Supports 18 pin terminals (1746-RT25G or similar models), making it easy to maintain and replace modules without rewiring.
This module integrates advanced inter channel electrical isolation and transient surge suppression circuits, which can effectively block high-energy surges or common mode interference from the field end from invading the PLC backplane, thereby protecting the controller core from damage.
At the same time, the module has real-time open circuit monitoring and over range protection functions, which can automatically identify sensor disconnections or illegal current surges, and quickly trigger system diagnostic records, ensuring high-precision data collection and operational safety in all aspects of the production process.
