The E-ME-T-01H is an analog electronic amplifier specifically designed for single-proportional electromagnet proportional valves with displacement sensors. It utilizes a Eurocard plug-in board structure and receives external command signals to provide precise PWM current to the valve coil. It is widely used in industrial hydraulic servo control systems.

E-ME-T-01H electronic drivers supply single solenoid proportional valves type ZO(R)-T with the correct current signal to align valve regulation to the error signal. The driver operates the spool's position control proportionally to the input voltage reference signals, supplying a switching current to the solenoid. Bias adjustment is available for accurate valve regulations. The electronic driver is in standard Eurocard format (1x DIN 41494 plug-in unit). A standard 32-pin backplane connector (DIN 41612 format) is utilized to securely wire all power supply inputs (24VDC), reference setpoints, enable signals, as well as the valve coil and transducer feedback loops from the rear side.

The amplifier should be installed in a well-ventilated electrical cabinet (standard Eurocard format). Finally, use the potentiometers or software to precisely calibrate the Bias, Gain, and Ramps to guarantee the optimal response speed and closed-loop accuracy of the proportional valve system.
