The F60CPU01 module must be installed only in the designated slot adjacent to the power supply module within the HIMatrix F60 subrack, and all installation, startup, and configuration operations must be carried out in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in the official hardware manual; electrostatic discharge protective measures must be taken during handling and installation to prevent device damage, and the module is only suitable for use in environments that meet the defined ambient temperature, storage temperature, pollution degree, and altitude requirements, while any use in explosive atmospheres requires compliance with ATEX and IEC 60079-related standards for enclosure and installation conditions.
During operation, the module continuously monitors its own operating voltage and performs self-tests of hardware and software functions, and in the event of a fault, it will automatically enter a safe state and indicate the fault status via the front-panel LEDs; any replacement of the module must be performed with the power completely disconnected, and only identical or HIMA-approved replacement modules may be used to ensure the safety and functional integrity of the entire system.
