It is used when custom configurations, specific calibration, or extended, non-standard system options are required for vibration monitoring, offering full compatibility with 3300 XL series components.

The device adopts a sturdy aluminum shell design, supports standard 4-hole panel installation, and has excellent electrical isolation performance, which can effectively suppress common ground current and electromagnetic interference (RFI/EMI) in industrial sites.

Signal Conversion and Linearization: As the "brain" of a sensor, it utilizes internal electronic circuits (oscillator and demodulator) to generate radio frequency signals and converts the impedance changes measured by the probe into voltage outputs proportional to distance.
Multi parameter measurement: capable of simultaneously measuring static values (such as axial position, shaft eccentricity) and dynamic values (such as radial vibration, speed/Keyphasor).
Key equipment monitoring: widely used for monitoring rotating machinery using fluid dynamic bearings, such as turbines, compressors, generators, and pumps.
Customized calibration: As a "Custom" model, it may have undergone factory pre calibration for specific non-standard target materials (non AISI 4140 steel) or special linear ranges.
Backward compatibility: 102046-50 belongs to the earlier 3300 series. Although the 3300 XL series sensor has some physical compatibility with it, it may not achieve the optimal accuracy of API 670 standard when used in combination.
Anti interference capability: It has a certain RFI/EMI (radio frequency/electromagnetic interference) protection capability, and can work stably even when installed in non-metallic enclosures.
