Exposure to corrosive gases or excessive moisture (above 95% non-condensing) must be avoided to protect the internal circuitry and terminal block connections from degradation. Each of the four channels is individually fused or protected against overvoltage conditions within the specified limits; however, exceeding the 24V DC backplane power rating can lead to module failure.
