1. Advanced Communication Capability (High Feature)
PROFIBUS DP Bridge: As the "brain" of the ET 200SP site, it synchronizes distributed I/O data to the master control system through the RS 485 interface (9-pin Sub-D).
Big data support: Input and output data support up to 244 bytes each, ensuring complete transmission of data from complex sensors and actuators.
Isochronous Mode: Supports isochronous synchronization tasks and is suitable for motion control or closed-loop control applications that require extremely high time accuracy.
2. Powerful system expansion and flexibility Module capacity: A single station can connect up to 32 I/O modules. Hybrid Expansion: In addition to the local ET 200SP module, it also supports connecting up to 16 ET 200AL (IP65/67 protection level) modules through a bus, achieving seamless extension from inside to outside the cabinet. Multi Hot Swap: allows for the simultaneous replacement of up to 4 modules during system operation without causing the entire station to shut down.
3. High availability and diagnosis Comprehensive diagnosis: supports detailed channel level diagnostic functions such as disconnection, short circuit, and power loss. Identification and Maintenance Data (I&M 0-3): Electronic nameplate function, convenient for asset management and remote firmware version identification.
