The T8461C module adopts the most advanced Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) architecture, designed to eliminate any single point of failure. The module integrates three completely isolated control paths internally, and performs real-time synchronization comparison of 40 output channels through hardware voting logic.

Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) architecture: Each output channel adopts TMR design, which ensures that even if one of the channels fails, the system can continue to operate through the voting logic of the internal three independent channels, and minimizes the risk of false triggering.
Multi channel output: This module provides 40 digital output channels, which are divided into 5 independent power groups, each containing 8 outputs.
High safety certification: Compliant with IEC 61508 SIL 3 safety level certification, suitable for emergency shutdown (ESD), fire and gas monitoring (F&G), and combustion management systems (BMS).
Intelligent self diagnosis and monitoring: Equipped with automatic line monitoring function, it can detect open and short circuit faults in on-site wiring and load equipment. Support event sequence recording (SOE) with a resolution of 1 millisecond.
Hot swappable support: In supported systems, modules can be replaced online without shutting down, making system maintenance easier.
