      T8310C is mainly installed in a dedicated slot of the Trusted expansion rack. Its core function is to act as a "bridge" between the main controller rack and the remote expansion rack. It is responsible for receiving global bus instructions from the T8100 main controller and converting them into local signals from the expansion rack backplane to drive various I/O modules.

High fault tolerance: Even if one of the channels fails, the module can continue to operate, ensuring high availability of the system (3-2-0 fault-tolerant operation). Interface function: As a "slave" interface in the Trusted expansion rack processor slot, it connects the expansion bus to the expansion rack backplane. Safety certification: typically compliant with IEC 61508 standard, suitable for safety integrity applications at SIL 3 level. Hot swappable support: Supports hot replacement, which can be maintained without shutting down.
