The DS200TCPSG1APE is a power supply board, part of the Mark V Speedtronic system from General Electric (GE). It functions as a DC Power Supply Board in the Mark V Turbine Control System and is designed to provide regulated voltage to other components in the system.
- Mark VIe Turbine Control System Series
- DC Input Power Supply Board
- One 16-pin connector
In order to ensure the continuous operation of industrial turbine systems, this control card integrates rigorous safety protection and self diagnostic functions. The board is equipped with three high-capacity fuses to protect the main power input and each branch output, preventing system crashes caused by external short circuits or overloads.

Triple fuse protection: onboard 3 replaceable fuses. These fuses manage different voltage output paths to prevent downstream components from short circuiting or overloading, which could cause the entire board to burn out.
Integrated Test Points: Multiple metal test points are distributed on the board surface. Technicians can directly measure the real-time voltage of each channel using a multimeter without dismantling the cables, greatly simplifying on-site troubleshooting.
Charge discharge design: The circuit includes a large capacity capacitor, but is designed with an automatic discharge circuit after power failure. It is usually recommended to perform touch operations 30 seconds after power failure to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.
Dedicated interface: equipped with a 16 pin connector and a 9-pin connector. These interfaces adopt error proof design to ensure that 125V input and low-voltage output are not confused.
Revision APE: The model suffix "APE" represents its hardware revision version. It maintains standard physical dimensions (approximately 13x7 inches) and is typically backward compatible with earlier versions (such as G1A) in terms of electrical characteristics, allowing for direct replacement of old models without rewiring.
