It is an integral component of the Speedtronic Mark V control system, which finds applications in the control and management of wind, steam, and gas turbine automated drive assemblies.

      This card provides system control level power and supplies electricity to the enclosure fan. It is compatible with various GE brand exciters and drives, including the FC2000, AC2000, DC2000, ME2000, and CB2000 series.

      The Mark V Series remains highly esteemed as it is one of the final GE Mark product series to widely incorporate the patented Speedtronic control system technology. The DS200DCFBG1BNC is not the original power supply board for the Mark V Series; that would be the DS200DCFBG1 parent Power Supply Board, which lacks the DS200DCFBG1BNC's three significant product revisions.

Signal monitoring: Built in AC/DC monitoring circuit, used to detect armature current/voltage, field current, and phase and amplitude of AC lines. System compatibility: Supports multiple GE branded exciter and driver series, including DC2000, AC2000, CB2000, and ME2000. Fault protection: The board is equipped with three protective fuses (FU1-FU3) and is equipped with LED and neon indicator lights to warn of blown fuses or abnormal voltage.
