1. High precision 8-channel analog signal conversion
The core task of this module is to convert the digital logic of the controller into physical current signals.
Multi channel output: A single module integrates 8 independent channels, greatly improving the slot utilization of the control cabinet.
Standard Current Loop: Supports standard signal output from 0 to 20mA (or extended to 0-21mA), perfectly compatible with industrial grade proportional control valves, frequency converters (VFDs), and actuators.

13 bits+high resolution: Provides extremely detailed signal steps to avoid actuator jumps or oscillations.

500VDC group isolation: There is 500V electrical isolation between the logic circuit and the output channel to prevent on-site noise interference with the controller CPU.
Open load detection: capable of identifying and providing feedback on the open circuit status of the output circuit, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate disconnection faults.

Its core adopts 500VDC electrical isolation technology, which establishes a strong barrier between the control logic circuit and the field output circuit, effectively preventing the damage of ground potential difference or external electromagnetic surge to the central processing unit (CPU).
The module integrates intelligent load open circuit detection and short circuit protection functions, which can monitor the integrity of the output loop in real time. Once a disconnection or abnormal load is detected, an alarm will be immediately issued through the panel indicator light and system background to prevent the fault from escalating.
In addition, the module supports full hot swap function, combined with built-in current limiting protection and voltage stabilization circuit, to ensure that there will be no arc or voltage transient during live replacement, thus ensuring the continuous operation safety of industrial sites in all aspects of physical and electrical aspects.
