- WROB RELAY FUSE AND POWER SENSING BOARD
The IS200WROBH1A is a WROB Relay Fuse and Power Sensing board within the General Electric Mark VIe control series, featuring 12 fuses (3.15A, 500VAC/400VDC) and supporting various terminal boards (TMRTDBTH2, TDBTH4, TDBTH6). It serves as a power distribution and sensing component for industrial control systems, offering high reliability in a 24V DC / 40V AC range.
The dual system has two controllers, singular or fanned TMR I/O, and dual networks, which increases reliability and allows for online repairs. Three controllers, singular or fanned TMR I/O, three networks, and state voting amongst controllers make up the TMR system, which allows for maximum fault detection and availability.
The core distribution system and branch circuit elements are two distinct types in the PDM. They are responsible for a cabinet's or a set of cabinets' primary power management. The branch circuit elements take the core output and distribute it to specific circuits in the cabinets for consumption. Branch circuits have their own feedback methods that are not included in the PPDA I/O pack's feedback.

The IS200WROBH1A is an auxiliary card designed to mount onto specific terminal boards within the PDIO Discrete I/O Module.
Terminal Board Mounting: It attaches to TDBS, SRLY, and TDBT terminal boards.
TMR Applications: In TMR setups, it typically mounts on the TDBT board (specifically TDBTH2, H4, or H6 variants) to provide functionality similar to a Contact Input Terminal Board (TBCI).
Enhanced Functionality: When connected to a TDBS board, it provides sensed and fused power distribution to the first six relay outputs.
Power allocation and sensing: This circuit board provides sensing and fuse power allocation for the first six relay outputs, and dedicated power for the final relay output.
Fault detection: Equipped with 12 fuses on board, coupled with isolation voltage sensing technology, it can generate diagnostic signals when the fuses are blown and there is voltage present.
Redundancy support: Supports single machine (Simplex) or triple module redundancy (TMR) mode. In TMR applications, it is typically installed on a TDBT board, serving as a combination of a terminal board and a contact input terminal board (TBCI).
