The 200151-20-03-00 part of the Trendmaster Pro series, is a specialized explosion-proof cable for accelerometers, consisting of a shielded cable with stainless steel armor and end connectors. This complete part number represents the 200151 model, a 2.0-meter length, and a blue armored jacket, designed for safely transmitting high-frequency analog vibration signals in harsh industrial environments.
Resistance to mechanical damage
With IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating
Durable nickel-plated connecting nuts
The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, wide frequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIMs. The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with the Trendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces with the 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module and the 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM (Transducer Interface Module), as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors.
The 20015x Accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case. This design provides an extremely rugged transducer that is well suited for harsh industrial environments. The transducer’s top-mounted, 5-pin connector allows you to easily install and remove the interconnecting signal cable. A 3/8-24 threaded hole on the bottom of the sensor’s casing accommodates several mounting options.
The 20015x Accelerometers contain a piezoelectric sensing device that generates a charge when it is subjected to vibration. The accelerometers electronically convert this charge to a differential voltage signal that is proportional to the acceleration that is parallel to the sensitive axis of the transducer.

Steel & Metallurgy
Tracks bearing vibrations in hot rolling mill gearboxes, blast furnace blowers, and exhaust fans.
The installation bend radius of Bently Nevada 200151-20-03-00 must be maintained above 63.5 mm, and cable clips must be used at regular intervals to prevent tension. In vibration environments, the standard coupling nut requires periodic inspection. If the cable is damaged, splicing is prohibited; it must be completely replaced to meet intrinsically safe system standards and high-frequency analog signal transmission requirements.
200151-20-03-00 is a 2-meter blue armored cable designed for accelerometers. It stably transmits high-frequency analog vibration signals in harsh environments from -40°C to +121°C, features a blue jacket meeting intrinsically safe standards, and typically connects to ProTIM modules via specific housing or conduit adapters.
It is an industrial-grade transducer cable specifically designed to connect Bently Nevada 200150, 200155, and 200157 accelerometers.
What is the core application scenario for 200151-20-03-00?
Its primary application is the continuous automated collection of physical vibration data from industrial rotating assets like pumps and fans.
What type of signal does 200151-20-03-00 transmit?
It transmits differential analog voltage signals.
What does -03 represent in the part number?
It represents the outer jacket option, which is a blue, armored cable for enhanced mechanical protection.
