The 200150-09-05 is a general-purpose, wide-frequency, case-mounted seismic transducer for Trendmaster systems.
Built with a top-mounted, 5-pin connector
3/8-24 threaded hole
Operates primarily with Trendmaster ProTIMs and is backward compatible with legacy Trendmaster 2000 systems
The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, wide frequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIMs. The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with the Trendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces with the 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module and the 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM (Transducer Interface Module), as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors.
The 20015x Accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case. This design provides an extremely rugged transducer that is well suited for harsh industrial environments. The transducer’s top-mounted, 5-pin connector allows you to easily install and remove the interconnecting signal cable. A 3/8-24 threaded hole on the bottom of the sensor’s casing accommodates several mounting options.
The 20015x Accelerometers contain a piezoelectric sensing device that generates a charge when it is subjected to vibration. The accelerometers electronically convert this charge to a differential voltage signal that is proportional to the acceleration that is parallel to the sensitive axis of the transducer.

Petroleum and Oil & Gas Refining
Monitors casing vibration of crude oil pumps, FCCU fans, and hydrocracker compressors to prevent catastrophic mechanical failures in hazardous areas.
Upstream Oil & Gas Production
Installed on water injection pumps and associated gas compressors on offshore platforms or onshore oilfields to ensure continuous operation of critical production assets.
Thermal Power Generation
Monitors absolute vibration of boiler feed pumps, forced draft (FD) fans, induced draft (ID) fans, and fan motors to maintain the stability of power generation boilers.
Hydroelectric Power Generation
Used in auxiliary systems of hydro-generator units, such as headcover drainage pumps, technical water supply pumps, and lubricating oil pumps for routine condition monitoring.
Nuclear Power Generation
Used in the conventional island area to monitor vibration of condensate pumps, circulating water pumps, and conventional motors in ventilation systems to mitigate unplanned shutdown risks.
Metallurgical and Iron & Steel Industry
Applied to blast furnace blowers, high-pressure descaling pumps, rolling mill auxiliary motors, and dust extraction fans in high-vibration, high-dust environments.
When using the 200150-09-05 accelerometer you must utilize the original 5-pin shielded cable and rigidly secure it to the machine surface using its bottom 3/8-24 threaded hole with the included 1/2-20 adapter stud.
Because this model carries multiple hazardous area approvals, field wiring must strictly comply with intrinsic safety barriers and parameters.
Additionally technicians must ensure the outer casing remains free of corrosion or mechanical damage to maintain its welded hermetic seal integrity.
The 200150-09-05 features a rugged stainless steel case with a welded hermetic seal, providing long-term reliability in harsh industrial environments with oil, moisture, and high vibration. It is primarily used for absolute casing vibration monitoring on rotating machinery such as motors, pumps, and fans.
