The board connects to the main control system via a high-speed fiber-optic interface, providing complete electrical isolation. The integrated circuits on the board are extremely sensitive to static electricity. Always wear an ESD wrist strap or touch a grounded metal object to discharge static before handling or installing the board. Before replacing the board, disconnect the input power and wait at least 15 minutes. Use a multimeter to verify that the DC bus voltage of the power cell has dropped to a safe level (typically below 50V).And the suffix S0104 represents a specific firmware logic. In a multi-cell system, the firmware versions on all cell control boards must be identical to prevent synchronization issues or system errors.
It is installed inside the Power Cell of the drive cabinet, fixed above the power devices (such as IGBTs).
What are the main interface types on the board?

How is it powered?
It usually draws power directly from the internal DC Bus of its power cell, stepping down the voltage to the required low-voltage DC via internal circuitry.
What do the LEDs on the board represent?
LEDs typically show Status and Fault. A flashing green light indicates normal operation, while a red light indicates a fault in that cell.
What is its operating temperature range?
The standard operating range is 0°C to +40°C. If the temperature is too high, the board will report a "Cell Overheat" warning via its sensors.
