Host identity, cable destinations, supply protection and alarm transmission are checked together because an error in any one path can produce an incorrect subrack status.
Important Notice: Identify EU901 or EU910 and label both signal and supply cables before replacing SYS 900.
The technical reference explains SYS 900 host choices and installation-set relationships; the field guide covers cable mapping, protection, energization and alarm testing.
