The TK-FPDXX2 is a standard non-redundant power supply module utilized within distributed control systems (DCS). In the system hardware classification, it belongs to the Series-A hardware family of the Experion PKS system, functioning alongside the C200 controller chassis. TK-FPDXX2 contains a conformal coated circuit board assembly, where a film covers internal printed circuits and copper traces to comply with ISA G3 corrosion environment ratings. The primary structure includes an external LED status indicator panel for verifying input and output voltage conditions, along with a terminal block for connecting external 24 VDC field wires. The complete assembly connects directly into the dedicated left-side power slot of the controller chassis via its side chassis connectors, leaving the standard main slots open.
