The HIMAX X-CPU01 must only be installed in the designated slots of the HIMax system base plate, operated with the required X-FAN 01 forced cooling and compatible connector board, and handled in an ESD-protected workspace with proper wrist strap to prevent electrostatic discharge damage.
The module shall only be operated by trained personnel in compliance with local safety requirements, with its mode switch set correctly for safety-related applications, and all installation, removal, and maintenance procedures performed per the official manual to avoid damage to the controller, bus, or power sockets. The module is a core component of the system's safety equipment, and in the event of a failure, the system will automatically transition to a safe state, ensuring protection for critical industrial applications.
HIMAX X‑CPU01 is the mandatory processor module for HIMax system, processing up to 32 user programs and handling redundancy & SafeEthernet communication.
