      • The board supports redundant exciter configurations and provides secure backplane communication for precise and dependable excitation system operation.
      The General Electric IS200EISBH1AAA EXCITER ISBUS BOARD is part of the EX2100 Series and is used in excitation control systems as a dedicated communication interface module, supporting reliable data exchange within exciter architectures.

      It serves M1, M2, and C controllers by receiving and transmitting fiber-optic feedback signals, routing data through the control backplane to the DSPX controller, and enabling RS-232C communication with tool and keypad ports.

      The board also includes ISBus interface electronics for redundant exciter systems, allowing data transfer among controllers. It is a single-slot, 3U-high module mounted in the control rack, with front-panel fiber-optic connections for signal input and communication with the Ground Detection module.
