This cable, together with the probe and preamplifier, mainly achieves the following monitoring functions:
Radial vibration measurement: monitoring the vibration amplitude of high-speed rotating shafts to evaluate the health status of mechanical operation.
Axial displacement (thrust) monitoring: measures the axial position of the rotor relative to the thrust bearing to prevent collision between the rotor and stationary components.
Keyphasor: Used to measure machine speed and provide phase reference signals required for vibration analysis.
Eccentricity measurement: monitoring the degree of bending of the main shaft in the turning state.
