The AO810V2 3BSE038415R1 technical function is to receive digital signals from system controllers and convert them into continuous 0 to 20 mA or 4 to 20 mA unipolar direct current signals to connect and drive field actuators such as control valves or variable frequency drives. The module structure contains 8 independent current output channels and an internal 14-bit digital-to-analog converter.
The hardware circuitry contains output short-circuit protection, cyclic self-diagnostic units, and external process supply voltage monitoring. The front panel contains status indicators named P, R, and F. For installation and configuration, it contains adaptability support for specific terminal base models such as TU810, TU812, TU814, TU830, or TU833.
