The VM600 CMC16 200-530-022-014 is a 16-channel front-end Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) designed for the VM600 series Condition Monitoring System. The module acquires, analyses, and transmits measurement data via the VM600 series controller module or through serial links.

The CMC16 incorporates 16 programmable anti-aliasing filters, dedicated analog-to-digital converters, and onboard digital signal processors to perform real-time signal acquisition, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis, band extraction, unit conversion, alarm evaluation, and communication with the VM600 host system. Acquired data can be transferred through the VM600 CPU M communication module via Ethernet or serial communication for machine condition analysis, diagnostics, and long-term trend monitoring.
As part of the VM600 Condition Monitoring System, the 200-530-022-014 supports continuous machinery surveillance, transient monitoring during startup and shutdown, scheduled waveform and spectrum acquisition, alarm-triggered data recording, and configurable monitoring strategies based on machine operating conditions.
