The Siemens 6SE7090-0XX84-0AB0 control board connects to the power drive layer of the inverter. Internal logic chips generate pulse-width modulation (PWM) trigger pulses based on the calculated vector waveforms, and these pulse signals are sent to the IGBT drive circuit of the inverter bridge through an internal ribbon cable.
Simultaneously, the module monitors the hardware status of the inverter power section through the backplane bus, including the V and W phase current feedback signals collected by current transformers and the voltage data from the intermediate DC link.
