The FC-RUSIO-3224 is a 32-channel universal safe IO module based on the Safety Manager architecture, featuring a Honeywell Series C structure and requiring installation on an IOTA termination assembly. It is equipped with 32 universal channels that can be flexibly configured as DI, DO, AI, or AO, supports configuration within Safety Builder, and achieves communication with the SM controller through dual Ethernet links.

Furthermore, the module features highly intelligent self-monitoring management capabilities. It monitors the operating temperature of its internal electronics and supply voltage in real time, while delivering precise hardware-level loop isolation during field channel short circuits or open circuits to prevent local faults from spreading. Through channel 32, users can configure a dedicated Emergency Shutdown function to execute specific process safety interlocks, while the distinctive FLASH nature of the memory allows for secure online upgrades of both system software and channel configurations without interrupting active production.
