Each output of the 3500/33 16-Channel Relay Module can be independently programmed to perform voting logic. Each relay of the module includes Alarm Drive Logic. The foundational operational benefit of the 149986-01 module is its advanced, localized logic execution capability. Each of the 16 independent relay outputs can be customized to perform complex voting logic schemes (such as 1oo2 or 2oo3 multi-channel trip matrices). Backed by dedicated internal Alarm Drive Logic on every single channel, the module processes complex drive inputs generated from proximity probes, seismic sensors, or temperature indicators. It instantly commands machinery trip interlocks during genuine failure states (e.g., destructive shaft vibration, axial displacement, or bearing thermal runaway) while eliminating false trips caused by single-point sensor anomalies, safeguarding continuous uptime for steam turbines, gas compressors, and heavy industrial turbomachinery.
