The Bently Nevada 330400-01-05 is a 3-wire, -24 Vdc powered accelerometer designed for critical machinery casing measurements (e.g., gear mesh).
- Frequency Response of 10 Hz to 15 kHz or 30Hz to 10 kHz
- Transverse Sensitivity Less than 5% of Axial
- Amplitude of Resonant Peak 20 dB Maximum
These accelerometers are intended for critical machineryapplications where casing acceleration measurements arerequired, such as gear mesh monitoring. The 330400 isdesigned to address the requirements of AmericanPetroleum Institute Standard 670 for accelerometers. Itprovides an amplitude range of 50 g peak and a sensitivity of100 mV/g. The 330425 is identical except it provides a largeramplitude range (75 g peak) and a sensitivity of 25 mV/g.

Roller Bearing Condition Monitoring: Monitor the high-frequency vibration generated during the initial stage of bearing damage to prevent unplanned equipment shutdown.
Casing Acceleration: Installed on the machine casing, it is used to measure rotating or reciprocating machinery that cannot be directly observed through eddy current probes.
Application compliant with API 670 standard: used as a standard configuration in critical mechanical protection systems that require compliance with the American Petroleum Institute (API) 670 standard
