This product is commonly used for non-contact displacement and vibration monitoring of large rotating machinery, efficiently and accurately converting changes in mechanical clearance measured by the probe into a standard voltage output.

The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System has a 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil) output for non-contacting vibration and displacement measurements on fluid film bearing machines. The large 11 mm tip enables this transducer system to have a longer linear range compared to our standard 3300 XL 8 mm Transducer System.The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor Sensor is designed to replace the 7200-series 11 mm and 14 mm Transducer Systems. When upgrading from the 7200-series system to the 3300 XL 11 mm system, every component must be replaced with 3300 XL 11 mm components. In addition, the monitoring system must be updated. If using a 3500 Monitoring System, an updated version of the configuration software that lists the 3300 XL 11 mm Transducer System as a compatible option is required.

Ensure that the total electrical length of the system combined with the Proximitor, extension cable, and 11mm probe is strictly 5.0 meters. When snapping it onto a 35mm DIN rail, utilize its integrated base to achieve proper cabinet isolation. Mixing it with different probe systems such as 8mm or 5mm is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, coaxial cable connectors must be thoroughly protected against oil and moisture, and never hot-plug or unplug connectors while energized to prevent transient voltage from damaging the encapsulated circuitry.
