The IS420YDOAS1B is a GE Mark VIe 24VDC Discrete Output I/O Pack providing electrical interface between Ethernet networks and relay terminal boards (TRLY or SRLY).

This module needs to be used in conjunction with a specific relay output terminal board, mainly including:
TRLY series (such as TRLYS1B/D/F): supports TMR redundant applications.
SRLY series (such as SRLYS2A): suitable for single machine (Simplex) applications.
IS420YDOA1B is essentially an intelligent process interface that receives logic instructions from controllers through redundant IONet (Ethernet) and converts them into electrical signals to drive relays.
Processing capability: Built in high-performance processor, responsible for running algorithms, performing self diagnosis, and synchronizing data back to the controller.
Discrete output control: This module is specifically designed to control 12 relay outputs and can drive solenoid valves, contactors, indicator lights, or other industrial switchgear

What terminal boards are compatible with the IS420YDOAS1B?It works with both TRLY (T-type) and SRLY (S-type) terminal boards to support different control modes.

Can I mix IS420YDOAS1B and IS420YDOAS1A packs?No. Mixing S1A and S1B packs on the same terminal board is not supported, especially in TMR configurations, where all three packs must be the same version.
