      In terms of hardware construction, IS420YDOA1B adopts an extremely sturdy industrial grade package, and its aluminum alloy shell not only provides excellent physical protection, but also has excellent heat dissipation performance and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), enabling it to operate stably in extreme environments ranging from -40 ° C to 70 ° C.

      This module needs to be used in conjunction with a specific relay output terminal board, mainly including: TRLY series (such as TRLYS1B/D/F): supports TMR redundant applications. SRLY series (such as SRLYS2A): suitable for single machine (Simplex) applications.
      IS420YDOA1B is essentially an intelligent process interface that receives logic instructions from controllers through redundant IONet (Ethernet) and converts them into electrical signals to drive relays. Processing capability: Built in high-performance processor, responsible for running algorithms, performing self diagnosis, and synchronizing data back to the controller. Discrete output control: This module is specifically designed to control 12 relay outputs and can drive solenoid valves, contactors, indicator lights, or other industrial switchgear

        It works with both TRLY (T-type) and SRLY (S-type) terminal boards to support different control modes.
      • Can I mix IS420YDOAS1B and IS420YDOAS1A packs?
        No. Mixing S1A and S1B packs on the same terminal board is not supported, especially in TMR configurations, where all three packs must be the same version.
      • What is the function of this module?
        The IS420YDOAS1B provides the electrical interface between one or two I/O Ethernet networks and a discrete output terminal board.
      • Is this module available for repair?
        Yes, repairs are available for this module.
      • What software is needed?
        Replacement requires verifying that your system is running the minimum required ControlST version or later.
