The IS200TRLYH1BGF
is a relay output board developed by GE. It is a part of Mark VI control system. In Mark VI systems, TRLY is under the control of either the VCCC, VCRC, or VGEN board, catering to both simplex and TMR configurations.
- Mark VIe
- Electrical interfaces between up to two Ethernet input-output networks
- RELAY OUTPUT BOARD
Cables featuring molded plugs establish the connection between the terminal board and the VME rack, where the I/O boards reside. For simplex setups, Connector JA1 is utilized, while TMR systems employ connectors JR1, JS1, and JT1.

This board has advanced self diagnostic function and can monitor:
The excitation current of the relay coil is lost.
The coil current is inconsistent with the control command.
Cable unplugging or communication interruption (this will automatically trigger a fail safe state, resetting the relay).
In complex industrial assembly lines, this board is used to coordinate the actions of large electromechanical equipment:
Oil and gas: used for emergency shutdown (ESD) systems in deep-sea drilling control, gas compressor stations, and refineries.
Metals and Mining: Plays a role in the automation control of steel mill rolling lines, mine hoists, and crushing equipment.
