The GE Fanuc Genius I-O IC660BBD025 is a sink I/O block rated for 5, 12, or 24 Volts DC. It features 32 I/O points with a load current rating of 0.5 Amps per point. The block can interface with various input devices, switches, and field devices, and can be configured as either an input or output module for flexible industrial automation applications.

The front of the block includes LED indicators for each of the 32 I/O points, along with Unit OK and I/O Enabled LEDs for overall system status. On top, a monitor port allows connection to a programmable controller or monitoring device. Serial Port 1, Serial Port 2, Shield In, and Shield Out ports are also available, providing versatile connectivity and easy system integration.

The IC660BBD025 is UL certified and meets other industrial standards. It includes built-in protection against overtemperature, overload, and short circuits. Fully compatible with +5 Volts transistor logic (TTL), the block has dimensions of 8.83 x 3.58 x 4.7 inches and a heat dissipation of 11 Watts with 8 inputs or 18 Watts with all 32 points active. The block-to-block isolation is rated at 850 Volts, ensuring safe and reliable operation in industrial environments.
