The standard 3300 XL 8 mm 5-meter system complies with the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) 670 Standard for mechanical configuration, linear range, accuracy, and temperature stability. As a component of this 5-meter system, the 330103-00-22-50-12-00 probe with an integrated 5.0-meter cable connects directly to a compatible 5-meter 3300 XL Proximitor sensor without the need for an extension cable or bench calibration. Each 3300 XL series component maintains backward compatibility and electrical interchangeability with matching non-XL 3300 series transducer system components under identical electrical constraints.
The 330103-00-22-50-12-00 probe features a TipLoc molding method that bonds the probe tip to the probe body. The integrated 5.0-meter cable incorporates a CableLoc design providing a 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength to attach the cable to the probe tip.
