1. Vibration Monitoring Real time capture: capable of capturing the radial vibration of the internal shaft of the bearing. Fault prediction: By monitoring changes in vibration amplitude, it helps identify early mechanical faults such as rotor imbalance, misalignment, or bearing wear.
2. Static displacement/position measurement Axial displacement: Monitor the wear of thrust bearings to prevent axial collision between the shaft and the casing. Keyphasor signal: As a speed reference pulse, it provides a signal for each revolution, used to calculate the speed and vibration phase angle. Eccentricity measurement: During the start-up phase of a large turbine, monitor the bending (eccentricity) of the main shaft.
The probe is equipped with an excellent industrial grade hardware defense system, ensuring its monitoring stability in extreme mechanical environments. The probe tip is encapsulated in high-performance polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which has strong resistance to chemical corrosion, oil stains, and high temperature impact; The casing is made of 303 stainless steel, providing strong mechanical support and physical shielding.
In addition, this model is equipped with a patented ClickLoc anti vibration connector, which effectively prevents signal interruption caused by long-term vibration of the unit. Combined with its fully sealed waterproof structure and multiple explosion-proof certifications, it comprehensively guarantees the continuity of high-precision vibration signals and equipment operation safety from both physical and electrical dimensions.
