The mechanical interface at Side A incorporates an environmentally sealed, threaded 3-pin MIL-C-5015 connector equipped with an internal fluoroelastomer sealing boot, ensuring a gas-tight, moisture-proof IP66 connection when fully torqued onto the mating receptacle of the accelerometer sensor body.

The Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) outer jacket and internal conductor insulation provide continuous non-degrading performance when exposed to industrial lubricants, synthetic turbine oils, water accumulation, and ultraviolet (UV) radiation, supporting stable mechanical properties within a temperature limit of -55°C to +200°C.

Side B terminates in a blunt-cut (pigtail) format with stripped wire ends, allowing direct termination into DIN-rail terminal blocks located inside field junction boxes or structural instrument enclosures.

Electrically, the capacitance, inductance, and resistance parameters per unit length of this assembly remain compliant with parameters required for intrinsically safe (I.S.) circuit loop validation when connected via approved zener barriers or galvanic isolators in hazardous industrial environments.
