Terms & Conditions
1. Identify the products required
Provide the manufacturer, complete part number, quantity, required revision and delivery destination. Label photographs can help resolve an unclear reference. A similar model name alone does not confirm suitability; have the person responsible for the installed equipment check the technical requirement.
See
How to Order for the information to include in an enquiry.
2. Review the quotation
Check the quoted item, condition, quantity, price, currency and estimated dispatch date before proceeding. Request clarification of missing information and obtain an updated written quotation if the scope changes.
A product listing or enquiry does not by itself confirm stock availability or a shipment date. Use the details confirmed for your specific request.
3. Confirm the order
Provide your purchase-order or order reference, invoice name, delivery address and receiving contact. Ask the team to acknowledge the agreed details and keep the quotation, confirmation and invoice together.
If you need to change an item or quantity, discuss the change with your sales contact and obtain written confirmation before taking the next step.
4. Product condition and documents
Use the condition description recorded in your quotation and order documents. Confirm the offered item, packaging, revision and any documents you require before approving the purchase.
Read
Part Conditions. Photographs and general category descriptions do not replace confirmation of the specific item offered.
5. Payment and invoice details
Follow the payment method, currency, beneficiary details and schedule stated on your invoice. Apter Power does not accept credit card payments. Include the invoice number when supplying payment information.
Verify changed payment instructions with your established contact before sending funds. The
Payment Policy explains invoice references and payment enquiries.
6. Delivery planning
Confirm the full destination, receiving contact, required documents and site access requirements. Check the dispatch estimate, transport service and charges stated in your quotation or order confirmation.
Dispatch and arrival are different stages. Carrier and customs activity can affect transit. Refer to
Shipping and Delivery and
VAT and Import Information when checking destination responsibilities.
7. Check the delivery
Compare the received items and quantities with the order and packing information. Keep the package, parcel labels and photographs if there is visible damage or a discrepancy.
The published shipping guidance asks customers to record visible damage with the carrier and notify Apter Power within five calendar days of delivery. Include the order and shipment references when contacting the team.
8. Warranty enquiries
Warranty cover is recorded in the applicable order documents. The current Warranty Policy describes a standard 12-month period from dispatch unless the quotation or confirmation specifies otherwise.
Report a suspected fault with the order reference, part and serial numbers, symptoms and relevant photographs. Assessment and any remedy follow the
Warranty Policy; a request does not automatically confirm a replacement.
9. Returns and refunds
Request return authorisation before sending an item. Provide the invoice reference, part number, quantity, condition and reason for return, and wait for the RMA and approved address.
Eligibility, carriage arrangements, inspection and refund timing are explained in the
Return and Refund Policy. An approved return shipment does not by itself approve a refund.
10. Questions and records
Keep the agreed quotation, order confirmation and invoice available for later enquiries. Use one conversation and the same reference when asking about a change, delivery issue or after-sales request.
