The customer pain behind a “cheap” quotation

Industrial automation buyers rarely purchase a part in isolation. They are protecting production output, maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and the time of the engineers who must install the replacement. The real cost of a purchase therefore includes far more than the unit price.
