Follow differential connection methods; never short-circuit the negative terminal (B terminal) directly to common ground (GND) at the module end. The advantage of differential inputs is the cancellation of common-mode noise; incorrect connection will disable this function. For unused channels, it is recommended to short-circuit their A and B terminals with a short wire to prevent data fluctuations or false alarms caused by induced floating voltage due to high input impedance.
