Direct Compatibility with Velomitor Series Sensors
This cable assembly features a standard MIL-C-5015 2-pin splash-proof connector on one end to interface directly with field-mounted sensors, such as the Velomitor series velocity transducers. The opposite end of the cable is terminated with flying leads for connection to monitor terminal strips or junction boxes.
The CB2W100-032 contains two twisted insulated conductors surrounded by an overall aluminized polyester shield and a tinned copper drain wire. This construction maintains signal integrity by grounding induced electrostatic fields and preventing external electromagnetic interference along the 32-foot transmission path to the machine protection system.
The CB2W100-032 cable can be used to route signals from Velomitor sensors into Bently Nevada 2300 Vibration Monitors to support their 2-channel continuous vibration monitoring and protection capabilities.
