The 330500 is a specialized piezoelectric accelerometer that incorporates embedded integrated electronics in a solid-state design. Because the 330500 incorporates solid-state electronics and has no moving parts, it does not suffer from mechanical degradation and wear, and can be mounted vertically, horizontally, or at any other angle of orientation.

The 330500 series delivers industry-leading accuracy by integrating an accelerometer and an electronic integrator inside a single, ruggedized housing. This unique design eliminates the moving parts found in conventional mechanical velocity sensors, resulting in near-zero friction wear and an exponentially longer service lifespan. It provides an output voltage that is directly proportional to the machine’s vibration velocity, feeding clean data into monitoring systems like the Bently Nevada 3500 series or standard industrial PLC/DCS networks without requiring external signal conversion modules.

Crafted from premium-grade 316L stainless steel, the 330500-02-00 housing is fully hermetically sealed using advanced electron-beam welding techniques. This heavy-duty enclosure ensures total immunity against moisture, dust, chemical vapors, and oil penetration.
