This probe is based on the Eddy Current principle and provides high-precision non-contact measurement:
Radial Vibration: Monitoring the lateral runout of the shaft inside the bearing, identifying abnormal vibrations to warn of rotor imbalance, poor alignment, or bearing wear.
Axial Position: Measure the clearance changes of thrust bearings to prevent collisions between the rotor and stationary components such as casings and partitions.
Speed&Keyphasor: By sensing the keyway or protrusion on the shaft, a pulse signal is provided for each revolution to calculate speed and phase analysis.
