      The 3300 XL 8 mm system delivers the most advancedperformance in our eddy current proximity transducersystems. The standard 3300 XL 8 mm 5-meter system alsofully complies with the American Petroleum Institute’s (API)670 Standard for mechanical configuration, linear range,accuracy, and temperature stability.

      This probe is based on the Eddy Current principle and provides high-precision non-contact measurement: Radial Vibration: Monitoring the lateral runout of the shaft inside the bearing, identifying abnormal vibrations to warn of rotor imbalance, poor alignment, or bearing wear. Axial Position: Measure the clearance changes of thrust bearings to prevent collisions between the rotor and stationary components such as casings and partitions. Speed&Keyphasor: By sensing the keyway or protrusion on the shaft, a pulse signal is provided for each revolution to calculate speed and phase analysis.
