API 670 Compliance: The 3300 XL system fully complies with the American Petroleum Institute (API) 670 standard, ensuring accuracy, linear range, and temperature stability in harsh industrial environments such as petroleum and chemical.
Protection against harsh environments: This model comes with stainless steel armor (code 330102), which can effectively protect cables from mechanical damage, oil corrosion, or chemical corrosion.
Hazardous Area Certification: The suffix 05 indicates that the probe complies with multiple international certifications such as ATEX/IECEx/CSA and can be safely installed in flammable and explosive hazardous areas.
Radial vibration measurement: monitoring the real-time vibration displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing, used to identify imbalance, misalignment, or bearing wear.
Axial position monitoring (displacement/thrust): measures the movement of the shaft in the axial direction to prevent mechanical collision between the rotor and stator.
Speed and Keyphasor Measurement: By sensing the keyway or protrusion on the shaft, a pulse signal (Keyphasor) is provided for each revolution, which is used to calculate the speed and vibration phase analysis.
