Narrow Side View (NSv):
Specially designed for installation in extremely narrow spaces (such as limited countersunk holes) or small diameter shafts (less than 51 mm/2 in).
Its magnetic field is highly focused, which can effectively reduce side metal interference and ensure the accuracy of small target measurement.
High signal stability:
Linear range: 1.5 mm (60 mil), with an average scaling factor (ASF) of 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil).
Anti interference: It has strong resistance to radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Radial vibration measurement: Real time monitoring of the radial displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing shell, used to evaluate the health condition and rotational imbalance of the bearing.
Axial displacement (thrust) monitoring: measures the axial movement of the rotor relative to the fixed components to prevent collision damage caused by excessive displacement.
Speed and zero speed triggering: By monitoring the keyway or protrusion on the shaft, high-precision speed signals are provided.
Phase reference (Keyphasor signal): provides voltage pulses for each revolution, used for phase calculation in vibration analysis.
