      The system provides an output voltage that is directlyproportional to the distance between the probe tip and theobserved conductive surface and can measure both static(position) and dynamic (vibration) values. The system’sprimary applications are vibration and positionmeasurements on fluid-film bearing machines, as well asKeyphasor reference and speed measurements3.

The displacement change of the axis will change the energy of the eddy current field, thereby converting it into a voltage signal.
       
      High linearity: The 8mm probe maintains extremely high linearity within a range of 2.0 mm (80 mils), ensuring the accuracy of vibration and displacement measurements.
      The 330104-05-12-10-02-00 eddy current probe is equipped with multiple stringent internal device protection mechanisms to ensure stable performance in extreme environments of high-speed rotating machinery.
